E-mailing a resource
When you use the 'e-mail a resource' or 'e-mail a collection' function, you enter a list of usernames to send the resource to. The users will receive an e-mail with a link rather than the resource files. They can then choose exactly which size(s) they wish to download.
You can also enter an e-mail address instead of a username in the list (the list can contain both usernames and e-mail addresses). This allows resources to be sent to people that are not registered users.
If an e-mail address is used, a special key is created that allow that user to access the specified resource, and that resource only - this key is included in the URL sent out. This also works for collections - in this case a key is created for all the resources in the collection.
