User Contributed Resources

User groups that are permitted to contribute must have the "d", "e-1" and "e-2" permissions.

The process is as follows:

  • A user contributes a resource. At this point it is in state -2 (awaiting submission)
  • They edit the resource until they are happy with it, and move it to state -1 (awaiting review)
  • An admin user uses 'Resources awaiting review' in the Team Centre to list resources in this state and move them to the final 'live' state (0).
